The project comprises two multi-family residential buildings offering a total of 345 apartments designed to provide a high level of comfort and functional living spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The development was executed under a Design &amp; Build contract, under which KARMAR was responsible for both the design process and the construction works. This approach enabled efficient coordination of all project stages while optimizing technical and organizational solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The project was divided into two phases. The first phase included the preparation of the building design in cooperation with MKC Architekci, obtaining building permits for Buildings A and B, and preparing the site for development, including the demolition of existing structures.<\/p>\n<p>The second phase involved the comprehensive construction of both residential buildings along with all required technical infrastructure and site development works.
