Designed by Kury\u0142owicz &amp; Associates, the project represents a modern approach to residential architecture, combining urban functionality with proximity to green spaces and a strong emphasis on quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>KARMAR acted as the General Contractor for the first and second phases of the development, delivering a residential complex together with extensive technical infrastructure and landscaping works. The project included the construction of buildings on a shared foundation slab, an underground garage, internal roads, access routes, street furniture and carefully designed green areas.<\/p>\n<p>The estate comprises 477 apartments with a wide range of layouts and sizes, as well as commercial premises located on the ground floors of the buildings.
