The project required the adaptation of an existing industrial facility to meet the stringent technical and operational requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of work included the complete redevelopment of the GPNT hall into a state-of-the-art research and development environment dedicated to the development and optimization of biotechnological processes. The project also included the construction of welfare facilities, technical support spaces and auxiliary rooms, as well as a technical mezzanine, roof platform and dust control chamber.<\/p>\n<p>The facility is housed within an existing reinforced concrete structure.
